House Democrats lost five dozen seats on election day.
Obviously, that's not enough to spurn Nancy Pelosi from maintaining control over House Democrats, because she was elected House Minority Leader* this afternoon, with relative ease over North Carolina Congressman Heath Shuler.
Conservatism within the Democratic Party officially died today.
* - Pelosi previously served as House Minority Leader between 2003-2007.
THANK YOU Dem idiots!!!
ReplyDeleteFor Republicans, that's excellent news. Consider that Pelosi is the face of complacency and corruption to millions of Americans, yet Democrats still decided to back her. It shows that our liberal colleagues did not get the message of 11/2 or they simply do not care.
ReplyDeleteI wanted Republicans to take control so Nancy Pelosi would be out of power; any power!! Say Democrats win back Congress in two years - she will be the Speaker, once again. If we cannot get term limits passed for all House members, we need to look at least at leadership positions.
