Vote in Our Poll: Who Would You NOT Support Even with the GOP Nomination in 2012?

This is a little different than most of our polls. Usually we like to see who people would support, especially for the Republican nomination for President in 2012. Instead, we've compiled the names of those most likely to run and ask you to vote for who you would not support in 2012 even if they won the Republican nomination. You can vote for as many or as few as you like and if you think that one is a particularly poor choice, let us know in the comments.

  1. Wow, everyone has received votes. I thought that I was the only person on Earth that could not stand Mitt Romney. Every major media outlet tells me that Romney is the best candidate on the R-Side.

  2. The only Republican I could NOT support is that phony charlatan Huckahillbilly. How otherwise decent people fall for his fake conservatism is beyond me. The guy is a wanna-be televangelist and merely a pro-life statist. Jimmy Carter redux

  5. Paul - I would absolutely vote for Romney over Barack Obama, because Mr.Romney is a federalist on healt care issues. However, like in 2008 - I would much prefer someone else.

Anonymous - You wouldn't support Huckabee? He is a good Conservative who polls better than all of GOP candidates combined. I supported him in 2008 but would prefer someone else.

As for me - I would absolutely never support the candidacy of Congressma Ron Paul, I would rather write-in President George H.W. Bush for a second term, or even Dan Quayle, before supporting that Isolationist bastard.

  6. Mr. K, but we weren't comparing Mitt Romney to a sandpoundingly sub-moronic idiot, we were comparing him to Republicans.

I think that my word verification is a typo, it is BEGAS.

  7. Mr. K, I hope you don't support Huckabee this time around...he split the conservative vote and that's what gave us McCain. Seriously, he is NOT a conservative, he is a high taxing, pro-amnesty, murderer furloughing, phony. He is INSINCERE.
I know he appeals to evangelicals, even many in my own family, but don't fall for his fake God words. Please, we'll end up with Pawlenty or some other squish....we need all conservatives to unite behind a real conservative this time! (hint: I love your profile pic)

  8. WAS THIS POLL PUT UP SO THE MEDIA WILL KNOW WHO TO PROMOTE SO THAT CONSERVATIVES WILL NOT VOTE FOR THAT PERSON?

  9. I most prefer a candidate like John Bolton who speaks his mind directly, honestly and un-eqivocally. He reminds me of Harry Truman who meant what he said and pulled no punches.
Virtually all professional politicians speak so as to not alienate anyone for fear of being unelectable...unfortunately the voters are no diffenrnt.

  10. Interesting poll... There are some that I expected to get all the votes, while others I thought would get exceedingly few. I was surprised, and thus a little more informed.

  11. Where is Juan McCane? Are we going to see (again) George Stephanopoulos gushing on about "what a great night" McCain is having? The issue of MSM attempting to push opinion on who the Republican nomination will be should be on everyone's mind as the commie supporting MSM will do it AGAIN.
