Obviously, as many liberal claims tend to be, this email was simply nonsense. In 2009, though I hadn't been writing for this site at the time, I considered myself to be a Tea Partier. Like most Americans, I was fed up with over-spending, spend and spend politicians driving this country downhill.
I didn't know who the Koch Brothers were, nor do I really know a lot about them now.
But yesterday I heard the name again. Apparently a phony called up Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin.
If you'll allow me some digression, I will share my thoughts on the Koch Brothers: If they are big political contributors to conservative politicians, that's just fine. However, they did not start the Tea Party, as liberals claim. You and I started the Tea Party. The average American pushed back against out-of-control spending.

Oh, and one last note. I've never been paid by the Koch Brothers (but I wouldn't mind it either. Hint, hint).

Yeah I know, you're not getting paid directly from the Koch brothers, but getting paid from the people who are getting paid by the Koch brothers. You're a nobody, a small fish, a sacrificial pawn, a bottom eater. Do you really think that the Koch brothers grant you the priviledge by dealing directly with you? Come on don't think so highly of yourself! I'm not putting you down, just pointing out the truth.
