Rudy Giuliani hasn't declared his candidacy, nor has he raised any money for such a candidacy, but he is sounding more and more like a potential candidate for the 2012 Republican nomination in a field that doesn't have a front runner just ten months before the first primary vote is actually cast.
Thursday evening he appeared on Neil Cavuto's show on Fox News to discuss President Obama's weak foreign policy and earlier told the Union-Leader that Mitt Romney should apologize for Massachusetts's disastrous health care plan that he helped to pass in 2006. And yesterday evening he further mocked, and slammed Obama's foreign policy, especially in regards to Libya.
So what does this mean?
Either the former New York City Mayor is keeping his name relevant, or he is testing the 2012 waters for a potential run. Both scenarios are quite plausible, but neither can be confirmed nor debunked at this time. Which is probably of Giuliani's making, in order to keep the blogs and media interested.
I don't know if Rudy Giuliani will run for President, but the possibility of such a campaign is definitely interesting enough to discuss at length.
What say you?
