Secondly the ONLY thing I'd want to hear him say is "I quit, I'm too far out of my league."
Could he have said the word "Uh" more??!! Someone really needs to do an "Uh" count on todays speech. He said like uh, 1,000 uh, times. Uh.

Also if anyone knows anything about where a president actually stand on what can and can not be done besides war he can throw it out there but unless its approved nothing is going to happen as he wants.
