Qaddafi Speech on Bombing 3/19/11

Libyan dictator Muommar Qaddafi is set to make a speech about the international community's decision to use force against his military. Earlier today French, British, and American forces launched attacks. This included attacks on Libyan vehicles and other targets.

Al Jazeera is reporting that the dictator has made his speech. Reportedly it was only about three minutes long. He called upon the Libyan people to fight back against the rebels and the UN forces. He called for weapons to be handed out to ordinary Libyans to fight on his behalf.
