Time: Does the Constitution Still Matter?

This may very well be the stupidest thing that I have read all week (and I compiled a list of "unexpected" headlines!).  Time Magazine has no where near the readership it once had.  Print media (especially liberal print media) is plummeting into obsolescence.  Time hasn't had an important story in years.

So what do they do?  Show the Constitution being shredded and emblazon the question, "Does it still matter" on top:

Here's the answer:  yes.
