This is being fueled from social media and may be either incomplete or not yet established. Apparently the bomber/shooter in Norway may be a man named Anders B. Breivik. Breivik is a Norwegian citizen that fits the description of the Utøya shooter. He could be the one pictured in the photo of the possible shooter.
Now his Facebook account has reportedly been found here. It has apparently been taken down. A more complete picture of the account can be found here.
His twitter feed was reportedly found, with just one tweet, published July 17. He is not following anyone and has one follower.
