Unconfirmed: Utøya Shooter Called Children to 'Come Here'

 BREAKING, 3:36 EST: The shooter was transported to the island dressed as a police officer saying that he had to do a 'routine check.' Unconfirmed.

Norwegian press is reporting that an eyewitness from the island of Utøya says that the shooter told the children at the camp to 'come here' and then opened fire on the crowd with an automatic weapon. He was dressed in a police uniform and is reportedly captured. Other reports say that there is fear of a bomb on the island, although this is unconfirmed.
