Update, 10:02pm EST- From some posts on Twitter by those who speak Arabic, and from a news organization, apparently Gaddafi's son is pretty much giving a propaganda speech (which is no surprise). Gaddafi is saying that the rebels are on the run, his father's forces are winning all the battles, and that Italy is a bad country.

Unfortunately it is not translated, so I have no idea what he is saying or talking about. In fact, at some points there has been laughter and applause.
