As you know by now, the Obama Administration has set up the website Attack Watch. The site's purpose is to "discredit" or "disprove" negative press about President Obama. It's tagline reads, "Get the facts. Fight the smears," and declares:
This screenshot comes directly from a url that is from BarackObama.com. You may also notice the Red, Black, and White color scheme, (maybe not so) ironically the same that the Nazi flag used. But that's besides the point.
Attack Watch also has a Twitter account. They already have over 5,000 tattl--- I mean, followers. Attack Watch also follows (at this time) 19 accounts. The first few are to be expected: Barack Obama, Vice President Biden, Think Progress, and the Huffington Post.
But then it gets a bit strange. After a little bit of looking, it turns out Attack Watch also follows... Glenn Beck and Matt Drudge:
World Net Daily and then Drudge Report again (albeit the actual site this time):
So either Attack Watch is secretly conservative, is pretending not to be incredibly liberal, or is following these accounts in order to take info off of them in order to smear them. I think we all know which one is probably the case.
Either way, what a waste of time and money.
