Texas Governor Rick Perry went rogue against Republican front-runner Mitt Romney in last night's latest debate in Las Vegas, Nevada. It started when he claimed Mr. Romney knowingly hired illegal aliens and ended with him downplaying Massachusetts job growth during Romney's term.

Perry going rogue in last night's Nevada GOP debate. |
Romney handled both attacks well, answering the claims intelligently and with statistics, but this reflects a new Perry we have not seen in the debates thus far: confident on the attack, and willing to go off script, or in other words, rogue. He still would be the Not-Romney front-runner if he was this alive at previous debates and not constantly stumbling.
I agree with my co-bloggers that his campaign is finished, but I expect him to fight on after last night's debate, and to use his massive war-chest to both attempt to discredit Romney, and to tout his new economic tax plan based on flattening the income tax.
What say you?
