What's that Sound I Hear?

Shelia Jackson Lee in all her glory said on the other day on the floor of The House:

“Just as the courts ruled unconstitutional and upheld the provision of the Texas law that required a doctor to talk first to a woman seeking an abortion and to allow or force them both to listen, uh, to sounds that, uh, might discourage this needed action, this is going to be held unconstitutional. This is not a law that can pass,”

Sounds that might discourage, could she be talking about the baby's heartbeat? 

Ms. Lee and her ilk would love to continue to tell the lies that we tell young women today "it is just a bunch of cells", "it is just some tissue", or other such nonsense.  Having an abortion should be a hard decision, it also should be an informed one.
