It's believed a plane, training off the coast of Virginia Beach, broke the sound barrier.
The Virginia Beach Dispatch supervisor said she called the National Weather Service and was told no geological or atmospheric anomalies have been reported in the state for November 9.
Police officers were sent to the Shadowlawn area to investigate and found nothing.
