TJ Lane Picture
The Chardon Ohio suspect is likely student TJ Lane. His facebook profile was found. Apparently, he put up a chilling photo on his profile. His Twitter page was removed but one picture remained.

DeleteThe real stupid ones were the bullies that drove him to do this. Sometime these things end up with the bullied ending in suicide, sometimes the bullies end up with the loss of life and limb. The four that survived can look to the dead one as an example of what can happen when you just don't have the self control to not torture others for fun and make themselves feel better about their own inadequacies.
DeleteI live near the Chardon area where this occurred. The story that is circulating isn't that he was bullied. In fact, he isn't even a student at Chardon High School. He takes a bus from that school to go to Lake Academy that schools with at risk teens. I know that because a relative of mine attends the same school with TJ Lane. The reason he did this is associated with getting drugs that turned out to be fake. In a rage he targeted these 4-5 people, most of them are also not official students of Chardon, so whatever connection he had with them was separate from long term bullying.

It was the most tragic experience i have ever seen. And to see a top rated school turn into a crime scene is disturbing and outrageous. This kids are going to be traumatized for the rest of their life and this sick bastard is to blame for all of it. I wonder what his family has to say about this. He put put our children in absolute danger! If it was your kid who happend to be shot u would not say that the "bullies" were to blame for their own stupidity. Three people lost their life today. Mr. Tj Lane apparently also posted a poem on his facebook that said " the whole world will bow at my feet" and "Die, all of you" Now do u think that this kid isnt fucked up in the head? I'm a father of two teenager daughters. Both go to this school. And because of this experience that happend left them in tears and FEARFUL of their own school, i just might homeschool them. DeleteAs a parent I would NEVER like for this to happen any where my children are. As a parent of a child that was bullied to the point my child was suicidal,... I understand the breaking point. No, my child did not attend Chardon but another local school in Ohio. All schools say they have a strict bullying policy but in fact they really do not. Reading the post above mine I all I see is hate and negativity. Instead of encouraging hate why not try encouraging love and support? Live your life as an example for others? For those of you that have children... all you are doing is teaching your children to do is hate. That's so impressive, pat yourself on the back and say to yourself good job because you're the only one going to do it. Even if you despise the KID who did this why not try to live the example for your children and teach them compassion, understanding, love and peace?? I am not saying you to agree with that kids choice but help YOUR children understand that what he did was wrong and the law will punish him, BUT to accept the possible role that they could have had that could have prevented this. I ALWAYS have taught my children to sit by the child that's always sitting alone. Reach a hand of friendship out to the kids that no one wants to be friends with and lastly to never sit back and watch another child be bullied; even if that means they get their rear end kicked in the process. If they get suspended for defending a child thats getting bullied.

Hmmm, let's see making TJ feel uncomfortable for telling SOMEONE what he posted on fb about death and dying verses getting him help to avoid children from getting shot/killed, saving hundreds of others from the mental torture of PDSD they will suffer from for months maybe years. hmmmm Is that really that hard of a choice to make? ReplyDeleteBullying is always wrong - HOWEVER- even if that did occur - killing is not the answer. This kid is obviously messed up and possibly doing drugs. He does not deserve to ever see the light of day again. It was obviously premeditated- he knew exactly what he was doing. This isn't a child that "accidentally shot a gun". This is a cold calculating killer that deserves the DEATH PENALTY! Hopefully this trial doesn't go on for long and cause even more grief for the families and town. Just charge him with MURDER, try him, find him GUILTY and then put him to death!

On one hand..you are all very upset about what he did at the high school..and are in pain and mourning for the kids & families involved. All of us as human beings..are. What he did was 'KILL'. It was wrong..and very tragic. But there may be things that led up to his actions..that sent him over the edge. Just as..what he has done..has obviously sent all of you over the edge..as you pray for him too..to be killed. DEATH to TJ!!!! Death is what he brought with him to the school that morning. Kids died. All of you were heart broken..and saddened by this..of course..as were we all. But..now..all of you are asking that HIS FAMILY also lose a child..to the same tragedy. Hasn't ENOUGH 'killing' been done??? See..you people are running on emotions..screaming for him to DIE. Well..possibly..he was running on emotions also..when he killed. Who knows what was going through his mind that morning..or mornings before. Who knows what made him snap..and make such a horrible..sad decision. But what's even sadder..is that all of you have no concern for HIS family..and the fact that if you KILL HIM..then another life has been taken..and another family has to suffer the loss of a child. His life will be as gone as dust in the wind..just like the students who dies. Taking a life..is taking a life..no matter how you TRY to justify it. When did any of you become GOD. And remember...all of us are going to face him one day. When you look into God's face..what will you say..."Yes, God..I wanted them to kill that boy..I wanted to see him dead..I wanted his life taken from him.." What do you think God will say???
Luckily..God is loving & forgiving. And he only asks that we TRY to be the same. I don't see anyone trying here. It's a horrible thing for a parent to lose a child..especially at the hands of another child.
Justice should be served on TJ Lane. But killing him???

You have given the best response on here! God is all loving and forgiving and it was our ancestors that condemned him and had him crucified! He will ALWAYS love every one of us but it is within our selves to accept him! Though this may cause controversy, God is the the only one to judge this young man. I am deeply saddened for the lives this boy has taken and pray for the one who took them away from their parents, relatives and friends! TJ's decision was WRONG, but his biggest decision to make now is to accept the lord and savior Jesus Christ as his savior! Though you may not believe this, God will accept TJ if he asks him to come into his life! Read John 3:16 and you will see! All we can do is pray! It is hard for us not to condemn but it is also hard to believe that someone could still love TJ like God does! Please pray for this boy and the families and friends of the lives he has abruptly taken. If you have not accepted Jesus as your savior, it is not too late! However, remember how fast these lives were taken and how precious life really is! God bless all of you!
