Apparently, the Times didn't realize Alabama is in central time - their polls are closing right... now. I am sorry if my early mistake confused anyone.
Note (7:17 PM):
The NY Time's Nate Silver wrote earlier today that late polling in both Alabama and Mississippi will likely not reflect the final results tonight, as polls are usually five, or more points off in predicting the victor in these deep states of Dixie.

Polls are now closed in the 2012 Alabama GOP Primary. We will be posting updates through out the entire night, as the three main candidates compete for Alabama's 47 binding delegates up for grabs.
