Medal of Honor Warfighter Countdown

After an insanely long absence from playing video games, I excitedly bought an X-box 360 earlier this year to jump back into the fray, and bought - what better for a war enthusiast such as myself - the recent Medal of Honor restart to test my new found gaming interests... And almost a year and dozens of games later, I'm hooked.

Which is why I am almost giddy with excitement to purchase and play the soon to be released Medal of Honor Warfighter on October 23rd, because although I find excitement out of fighting the Covenant and killing ten million Russians in Modern Warfare, I feel a different gaming experience when I'm playing out today's battles... And this game will be no different.

Medal of Honor Warfighter will follow Tier-1 Operators in the global War on Terror as a new threat is discovered and you must, literally, traverse the globe to track down and defeat our enemies before it's game over. And you will do so with the help of an old friend from the last Medal of Honor release - Preacher - our heroic Navy SEAL who fought against incredible odds in the Hindu Kush to unsuccessfully rescue his comrade Rabbit.

As you can probably tell, I'm psyched out as hell for this game to be finally released, and will most likely buy a copy shortly after midnight in two Tuesday's (the joy of working at Wal-Mart), alongside two two-liters of Coca Cola and a bag of chips, and spend the entire night taking the fight to fanatical jihadists until I claim my victory, or die trying...

What say you - anyone else out there ready to burn the midnight oil on October 23rd with an good 'ole fashioned ass whooping for the latest scum in Medal of Honor? I most certainly am...
