A picture is worth a thousand words. Police and firemen are protecting the families from the WBC scum. The Westboro douches are so bad that even the KKK thinks they're loony.

DeleteThis photo is from Daniel Barden's funeral this morning. He had family members who are FDNY and wanted to be a FF when he grew up. FDNY standing in tribute to him. Nothing to do with WBC, who didn't show up.

DeleteThe FDNY was not there in response to the Westboro Baptist church. It was a coordinated effort to honor the young boy who was killed. Two of his relatives are FDNY members.

DeleteThey did show up but the police and firefighters that helped keep them away were asked to be in plain clothes so it didn't take away from the ones standing in uniform as a tribute to the little boy.
