Capriles Meeting with Military Command

The Capriles campaign has said that its candidate met with military brass. It appears that he thinks either he won or there was serious fraud.

The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to disclose the information.

He was not familiar with the content of the talks but Capriles' camp has suggested privately that it believes it is winning the vote count.
