Cheney: "We're in Deep Doo Doo" on North Korea

HT: CNN

Former Vice-President Dick Cheney talked to members of the House Republican leadership team yesterday about the ongoing situation on the Korean peninsula, and according to one member present, said "We're in deep doo doo" in regards to the North Korean threat and Kim Jong-Un specifically.

According to Representative Southerland of Florida, the former Vice-President did not recommend specific policy for engaging the delusional regime, but focused much of his attention on their young new leader, Un - saying we have little intelligence on him or what motivates his belligerency - and used Saddam Hussein as an example of not knowing what the other side is thinking.

Cheney spoke for about ten minutes on invitation of House Whip McCarthy and appeared to be in much better health after his successful heart transplant last year.

But moving back to the topic at hand, Cheney is absolutely correct. The United States is in deep doo doo on North Korea, as we're dealing with a delusional leader we have no real mental or ideological background of, but who possesses nuclear weapons and has repeatedly flipped the bird to the President's idiotic "strategic patience."

And with the Japanese deploying warships and Patriot missile defense systems, South Korea on high alert for any possibly missile or nuclear tests and the United States bolstering our forces already stationed in the area, it might just be time for Washington to seriously sit down and consider whether we can end this threat before Pyongyang follows through on their threats...

What say you?
