Nepal was hit by a magnitude of 7.3 on Tuesday, leaving several people dead and over 1000 injured. This is the second major quake to hit the country in less than 3 weeks after an earlier 7.8 temblor killed more than 8,000 people in the Himalayan nation.
Latest information on the quake includes:
• Authorities confirm at least 29 people have died.
• Over 1000 people in Nepal suffered injuries, according to Nepalese government information and communications ministry spokesman Minendra Rijal.
• Three more people died in a wall collapse in India's Bihar state, which neighbors Nepal according to Sunil Kumar, a senior disaster management official in India.
