Hillary Clinton confirms paying staffer to maintain private server

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton confirmed that she personally paid a State Department staffer to maintain her private email server while serving as Secretary of State.

“We obviously paid for those services and did so because during a period of time we continued to need his technical assistance.

"We encouraged everyone to cooperate. Facts are facts. I would very much urge those who are asked to cooperate to do so," Clinton said.
