Stunning Pictures of Hong Kong Protests (9/29/14)

Hong Kong is erupting with pro-democracy protests. Even at this instant, at 4:16 in the morning, tens of thousands of residents are taking to the streets.

Despite tear gas, these massive protests continue on. The reason behind them is that the Chinese government refuses to follow through with their promises to Hong Kong after it reverted to Chinese rule from the British in 1997.
