Czech Shooting Attack Information

Details are sketchy coming in, but a tragedy is unfolding in the Czech Republic today. The attack in Uhersky Brod killed eight today and details are coming out. While the shooter has not been officially named, he has been described as a man in his 60s and mentally ill.

"According to our information, there are nine dead on the spot," Czech television channel Ceska Televize (CT) said. Pavel Benedikt Stransky, a police spokesman, refused to confirm the information but said the gunman "has already been subdued".

It appears that the shooter committed suicide.
